About Me
I’m Morgana, founder of This Isn’t a Diet, bestselling author of Read This When You’re Done Dieting, and host of the acclaimed podcast Listen To This When You’re Done Dieting.
My journey began on the world stage as a two-time World Champion Latin dancer, where discipline and performance were everything. Yet behind the pursuit of perfection, I silently battled diet culture, body dysmorphia, and burnout—a cycle that led to hormonal disruption, adenomyosis, and hypothyroidism.
Refusing to accept a life of imbalance, I immersed myself in the science of hormone and metabolic health, mastering the art of gut repair, nutritional strategy, and sustainable body optimization. Through this process, I not only reversed my own symptoms but uncovered a framework that blends evidence-based methods with feminine intelligence—empowering women to restore their vitality from the inside out.
Today, through This Isn’t a Diet, I help high-achieving, perimenopausal women reconnect with their bodies, rebalance their hormones, and reignite their metabolism—without restriction, guilt, or exhaustion.
