The 60-Day Shed™ is a high-touch, personalized coaching experience designed for high-achieving women in midlife who want to reset their metabolism, balance their hormones, and lose stubborn weight—without restrictive dieting. Over 8 weeks, you’ll receive weekly coaching, a fully customized nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle protocol, and access to my Fat Burn Protocol™ and Hack Your Body Method™—giving you step-by-step strategies for fat loss, blood sugar balance, hormone optimization, and symptom relief. You’ll also get a complete workout library, ongoing support between sessions, and real-time adjustments to ensure results. By the end, you’ll not only feel leaner, stronger, and more energized, but you’ll have a sustainable, hormone-aligned blueprint you can follow for life.

VIP Exclusive Package

The VIP Exclusive Program is a 6-month, high-level continuation designed for graduates of the 60-Day Shed™ who are ready to elevate their results, optimize longevity, and fully master their body. This program provides advanced personalized coaching with ongoing support, deeper metabolic and hormone optimization, and access to exclusive protocols including nervous system regulation, advanced biohacking for women over 30, and longevity-focused strategies for cellular health and aging. You’ll continue refining your nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle with precision, while gaining access to breathwork, meditation, and Food Freedom for Life frameworks—so your results not only last, but evolve. This is for women who are no longer looking for quick fixes, but are committed to operating at their highest level—physically, mentally, and hormonally—for years to come.

The Dream Body Club

The Dream Body Club is a supportive, results-driven membership for women in midlife who will receive access to a private community for real-time support and connection. You’ll also unlock my core program library, including nutrition frameworks, workout videos, breathwork and meditation sessions, and simple, actionable tools to help you stay consistent and see results. This is for women who want structure, expert guidance, and a like-minded community to stay on track, build momentum, and create a strong, energized, and sustainable dream body for life.

Reset Session

The Reset Session is a focused, high-impact 3-session experience designed to quickly bring your hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle back into alignment. Across three 60-minute deep-dive sessions, you’ll receive a fully personalized plan tailored to your body, goals, and current challenges—covering nutrition, movement, stress, and daily habits. Together, we’ll not only create your strategy, but walk through exactly how to implement it in your real life, with clarity, simplicity, and confidence—so you leave knowing exactly what to do and how to do it.

We only accept 20 new clients per quarter to maintain quality of care.
